Program Description

The AUT SMS Support Notification Program provides low-volume operational text message notifications to authorized support personnel regarding customer technical support requests and related support activities.

Notifications may be sent as part of an escalation process. If a support request is not accepted within the designated response period, another authorized support recipient may receive a notification.

Participation is limited to authorized personnel who have consented to receive these notifications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies according to technical support activity and the status of support requests.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

After an opt-out request is processed, the participant will no longer receive notifications from this SMS program unless the participant later provides new consent.

AUT handles mobile information and SMS consent information in accordance with the AUT SMS Privacy Policy.
